Infants Ages 6 weeks – 18 months old

***Childcare fees are based on a five-day week including holidays.***

Late Fee
There will be an additional fee of $1 per minutes for every minute when the parent is late in picking up the child.
 
Late Payment Fee
There will be a late charge of $10 per payment period if your payment is received after Fridays when services have been rendered.  If payment is more than one week late, the provider will no longer care for the child.  There will be an additional fee of $30 for returned checks.  Checks will not be accepted after your first returned check.    

Preventive Services
Nancy’s Family Daycare, Inc. has a preventive contract with the Department of Human and Health Services. 

Department of Human and Health Services
Prior to the start of services, a Notice of Decision is required before child care begins along with any other necessary forms.  It is the responsibility of the parent to recertify for services.  After a Notice of Decision has expired, child care services will not be provided until a new notice has been furnished.  Your child may return at that time given that their space is still available.  For those parents who have a parent fee, payment is due on Fridays and late fees will apply.

ANY FEES NOT COVERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN AND SOCIAL SERVICES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENT. 

In order to provide a stable environment to everyone involved with Nancy’s Family Daycare, Inc., there may be a time within our contract period that I would have to re-evaluate my program.  When any changes have to be implemented, parents will be notified in writing.
